3. License and Usage

• Free Trial: We offer a free trial that includes 10 free content generations and full access to all features, including Smart AI Routing™, refinement suggestions, automatic research, multiple languages, and all customization options. No credit card is required for the free trial.
• Pro License: The Pro License offers unlimited generations, all trial features, priority support, lifetime updates, and a commercial use license.
• Limitations: While our Smart AI Routing™ Technology aims for 99.9% success with intelligent fallbacks, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific generation quotas, when relying solely on free AI provider tiers.
• Your Data: he CopySpell AI plugin processes your product information (e.g., product name, bullet points) locally within your WordPress installation. This information is then securely transmitted directly from your WordPress site to the chosen AI providers (such as Google AI, Groq, OpenAI, etc.) solely for the purpose of generating product descriptions. CopySpell AI itself does not store or process your product data on its own servers. We do not claim ownership of the content generated by the Service; you retain all rights to your original input and the generated output.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing the AI-generated content to ensure its accuracy, suitability, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations before publishing or using it. CopySpell AI is a tool to assist in content creation, and final responsibility for the content rests with you.
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys you choose to integrate with the Service (e.g., OpenAI, Github).

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the CopySpell AI plugin, its underlying technology, including Smart AI Routing™ Technology and Advanced Prompting Mechanism, and this website content are owned by CopySpell AI.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of your original product information and the content generated by CopySpell AI based on your input.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Free Trial: As described in Section 3, a free trial is available.
• Pro License: Pricing for the Pro License is clearly stated on our website. All payments are one-time fees unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with CopySpell AI. Should you encounter any issues with your Pro License, you may request a refund within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be thoughtfully considered if the plugin is found to be defective and our dedicated support team is unable to resolve the issue for you. We encourage all users to utilize our comprehensive free trial, which allows for 10 content generations and full access to all features, ensuring you can fully experience the plugin’s capabilities before making a commitment. 7. Disclaimers

• “Free” Nature: CopySpell AI utilizes free tiers of AI providers like Google AI and Groq. While our Smart AI Routing™ technology maximizes these allowances, we cannot guarantee the continued availability or performance of these free tiers, as they are subject to the policies and limitations of the respective AI providers.
• Accuracy of AI Output: The content generated by AI is based on patterns and data. While designed to be compelling and accurate, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for your specific purposes. You should always review and verify the output.
• No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopySpell AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
