Referral Program — Terms of Service

Welcome to the CopySpell AI Referral Program. By joining this Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “Referrer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Program Overview

The CopySpell AI Referral Program allows approved partners to earn a commission by referring new customers who purchase a CopySpell AI license through their unique referral link. Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these terms.

2. Commission Structure

• You will earn 30% of each referred customer’s payments, including all recurring subscription renewals, for as long as the customer maintains an active paid plan.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net amount received by CopySpell AI (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees).
• Commissions are tracked and paid through the Reditus platform.

3. Payments

• Payouts will be made once your accumulated commissions reach the minimum payout threshold set in Reditus.
• Payments are issued via the payout method supported by Reditus.
• CopySpell AI reserves the right to delay or withhold payment if a referred transaction is under review, disputed, or refunded.

4. Prohibited Activities

To maintain fairness and integrity, you may not:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising to promote your referral link.
• Bid on trademarks or brand terms (“CopySpell,” “CopySpell AI”) in paid search campaigns.
• Create or use fake accounts to generate self-referrals.
• Misrepresent CopySpell AI’s features, pricing, or policies.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of your participation and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Brand & Content Usage

You may use approved CopySpell AI branding, logos, and product descriptions for promotional purposes. All materials must accurately represent the product and comply with brand guidelines provided by CopySpell AI.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, any pending commissions for qualified referrals will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

7. Program Changes

CopySpell AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, including commission rates and payment terms, at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

CopySpell AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this Program. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece (or your company’s registered country, if different), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance

By clicking “Join Program” or otherwise participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
